• Media Assets: Photos, video clips, names, dates, song preferences, and written instructions submitted for slideshow creation.

• Payment Information: All financial transactions are processed securely through Stripe. We do not collect, store, or have access to your full credit card details or bank credentials.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide strictly for operational purposes:

• To communicate with you regarding your service request, customized invoice, and project updates.

• To edit, retouch, sequence, and render your tribute slideshow presentation.

• To deliver finished digital files or physical USB drives.

• To fulfill legal and tax obligations.

3. Media Asset Protection & Privacy

We recognize that the photos and videos you provide are deeply personal and irreplaceable.

• Strict Confidentiality: Your submitted media, drafts, and finalized slideshows are kept strictly private and will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties.

• Portfolio & Marketing Use: We will never use your family’s slideshow, photos, or personal tribute on our website, social media, or marketing materials without receiving your prior written consent.

• Asset Storage & Retention: Uploaded files and completed slideshow files are stored in a secure cloud repository solely for production and backup purposes. Unused raw assets and final projects are securely purged from our systems 30 days after project completion, unless an extended retention period is requested.
